Mented Cosmetics's Shipping Policy

Mented Cosmetics offers both standard and expedited shipping options to customers in the US, Canada, and the UK. Standard shipping is free for orders over $45 and costs $5 for orders $45 and below. For expedited shipping, the brand uses Fed-Ex 2-Day, which guarantees delivery within two business days from the time an order leaves their warehouse. Orders placed before 11am will ship out the same day, while orders placed after 11am will ship the following business day. It's important to note that Fedex does not deliver to PO boxes. Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once their order is ready to be shipped. If there are any issues with tracking, or if changes need to be made to the shipping address, customers can contact Mented Cosmetics for assistance.

Mented Cosmetics's Return Policy

Mented Cosmetics offers a return or exchange policy for their customers. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must email the company at hello@mentedcosmetics.com. The return must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund. Refunds sent without prior contact will be denied. Items purchased in a collection may be returned for partial credit. Customers who qualify for the Rapid Exchange Program, which is available for orders with three items or fewer valued at $75 or below, can keep their unwanted product(s) and choose a new shade(s) of their choice. The company designed the Rapid Exchange Program to take the hassle out of the exchange process. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on the customer's statement.
