Lash's Shipping Policy

Lash's shipping policy states that orders will typically ship within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday, and orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Sometimes, the brand ships out on Saturdays as well. However, once items are shipped, Lash is not responsible if the package becomes lost.

Lash's Return Policy

Lash has a customer-centric approach and prioritizes customer satisfaction. The brand accepts returns or exchanges for unopened and unused items within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are advised to inspect their packages upon delivery and report any damage or problems within the first 14 days. After this time, orders cannot be returned. Open or used items are not eligible for full refunds, and adhesive and tweezers are also not eligible for full refunds. In case of an issue or user error, the brand can provide assistance to resolve the problem or issue a store credit.
