- Love the brand! I use sleep gummies and libido gummies. Sleep ones are so effective and the libido ones are amazing — think they’re working well so far ;) also can’t live without the radical relief gel. Recommend to all my friends.
- The supplements really work. The inflammation ones and the muscle soothing roll on are game changers for sore muscles, pain, etc. It has a little bit of CBD and a ton of anti-inflammatory ingredients that work.
- Received their focus gummies during a Thingdrop. I really liked them! They have a subtle dose of caffeine in them so you can feel the effect right away. Not sure about the long-term benefits but I did like them a lot.
- The entire product experience of Asystem feels well thought out and high quality. I love the metal tin and 'A' embossed on each individual gummy.
- Have really struggled with sleep. I religiously take the Melatonin sleep gummies, they work! Especially when traveling across time zones, helped my body acclimatize very quickly. Pleased to see they are focusing on women's health as well - libido gummies - yes!
- Very tasty and the tin the gummies are stored in is super cute. I haven't really noticed a daily effect so eager to see the difference over a few weeks.
- Obsessed with the gel roll on - fixed my frozen neck in 2 mins.
- Tried the Calm/De-Stress Gummies for 2 months. Didn't notice any appreciable improvements in day-to-day generalized anxiety or stress (note: I was already taking a daily CBD calm gummy from Dosist Health on top of this). I probably would have given them another few months, but the gummies themselves were kind of sticky and would get stuck to the packaging insert which was kind of frustrating since I'm not a huge fan of eating paper. For the cost, that particular sticking point (pun intended) was the straw that broke the camel's back.
- All of the trappings of the brand (the high-end packaging, the design, etc.) are great. The big open question for me is what effect, if any, it had. Quite hard to tell with micro-dosing what the actual, material impacts are and I found this to be true with Asystem as well, particularly given the long period through which you're meant to use it.
- I tried the energizing gummies as part of the Thingdrop promotion. I've eaten one every day for 5 days now. I can't tell if they're working or if it's a placebo. Either way, the flavor is... interesting. Not something I'd go out of my way to purchase again.
- Maybe if I was actually trying to go off coffee I would have enjoyed the productivity gummies more. I took them on days I didn't have coffee, but I did feel slightly manic and chaotic.... the encapsulated caffeine wasn't for me but I could see how others could enjoy this as a preworkout or focus gummy for studying, etc. Definitely prefer the Moon Juice Brain Dust or Wylde One Brain Buzz powders to these gummies :/
- I’m not 100% sure if I felt any of the effects, but I did feel a little more energetic, and also felt more connected to my circadian rhythm. The one thing I can say, I felt, was feeling slightly energetic in the middle of the day, and definitely felt tired at the end of the day. As for focus, I can’t say that I felt anything different nor was I hyper focused on any task that I had. Packaging was great, the taste was great, and they user experience is great however, I don’t think I would pay that price for a monthly subscription with barely any effects.
