LOLA's Shipping Policy

For domestic orders in the contiguous United States, LOLA offers free standard shipping on orders of $25 or more. Otherwise, standard shipping is $4 per order and takes up to 10 business days. For expedited shipping, there is three-day shipping for $10. Customers can view their order history and tracking numbers in their LOLA account. For international orders, shipping costs and times may vary.

LOLA's Return Policy

LOLA does not accept returns or give refunds for their products due to the intimate nature of the items. If customers are unsatisfied with the items, they can give them to a friend or donate them to a homeless shelter. No returns are accepted, and no time limit exists for returning items. All products are final sale and cannot be returned.
