If a customer's country of residence is not on the list, they can use the Dealer Locator to see if Ons are available from dealers in their country. The brand covers shipping costs and any customs charges for most countries, except for India, Indonesia, Israel, and Malaysia, where shipping costs will occur. If the order does not meet the minimum order value to qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will be displayed during checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the country and delivery options available, but it typically takes 1-6 business days to receive the package. Once the order is processed, customers will receive a confirmation with tracking information for their order, including the carrier used.

On Running's Return Policy

On Running has a return policy that allows customers to return products for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The company covers the cost of return shipping, except in India, Indonesia, and Malaysia. To initiate a return, customers must fill out the Return/Exchange form and return the product in its original packaging, including any accessories. Limited Editions, Last season, Cyclon, and Onward orders cannot be exchanged, but can be refunded. Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded.
