About Noodelist

Noodelist is a plant-based noodle company founded in 2018 by Thuong and Petteri Luoto. Noodelist offers guilt-free, flavor-packed, and nutritious meals that are high in fiber, carotene, calcium, iron, vitamin B, C, and antioxidants. Their secret ingredient is Moroheiya, a super plant used in the kitchen since ancient Egyptian times. Noodelist also uses whole ingredients and air-dries their moroheiya wheat-based noodles instead of frying them. Their bespoke and tasty broth flavors include Bold & Juicy Shiitake and Lemongrass Vegan Chicken'ish. Committed to sustainability, Noodelist uses recyclable materials such as food-certified cardboard and recyclable bio plastic (PLA) for their packaging.
