Every's Shipping Policy

Every is a food delivery brand that currently delivers to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The brand uses various shipping partners such as UPS, DPD, Vers & Fijn, and Swiss post to deliver their products. The standard express delivery costs €5.99, while free shipping is available for orders of eight products or more. For morning express delivery before 12 PM, the cost is €7.99 for shipments within Germany, and €4.99 for orders of eight bowls or more. Every uses dry ice to keep their products fresh and frozen during transit, except for deliveries with Vers & Fijn in the Netherlands and Belgium, which use cooled trucks. Every does not deliver to Packstations.

Every's Return Policy

Every offers a 14-day right of withdrawal for their customers. The direct costs of returning the goods must be borne by the customer. The company will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, within fourteen days of receiving the notification of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. It is important to note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of the contract's conclusion and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of the contract's conclusion.
