Merit offers shipping to the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and the UK. However, international and Hawaii/Alaska shipping may experience slightly longer delivery times. The brand does not accept orders billed to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. Standard shipping is free for orders over $40 USD in the U.S., $50 CAD in Canada, and £50 GBP in the UK. Orders under these amounts have flat fee shipping costs. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped with DHL, FedEx 2-Day, or USPS. Standard shipping requires 3-5 business days for delivery, while expedited shipping requires 1-3 business days for delivery, after processing. Merit does not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Merit's Return Policy

Merit offers a 30-day return policy for their products. If a customer is not satisfied with a product, they can email Merit to initiate a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and returns are not accepted for products sold as part of a set unless the full set is returned.
