Kopari currently ships to addresses in the USA and Canada. For orders within the USA, standard shipping takes 5-9 business days, and orders with a subtotal of $39.00 or more receive free shipping. Expedited shipping within the USA is $15.00 and takes up to 3 business days. For orders to Canada, DHL International Shipping takes 8-16 business days and costs $15.00 for orders with a subtotal up to $109.99 US. For orders with a subtotal between $110 US - $350 US, DHL International DDP takes 8-16 business days, and duties and fees are included in the shipping cost. Allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to your delivery timeframe.

Kopari's Return Policy

Kopari offers a generous return policy for their customers. If customers are not completely satisfied with the purchase from Kopari, they may return it for a refund within 60 days of purchase. The company will even cover the cost of return shipping. However, any initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. The company reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges, including those with or without proof of purchase.
