Face Gym's Shipping Policy

Face Gym offers shipping to the UK, EU, and many international countries, with more to come soon. For EU orders with a value less than €150 (£135), customers are responsible for covering any duties and taxes incurred before receiving the parcel. Orders shipped outside of the UK, EU, and United States are Delivery Duty unpaid (DDU), meaning customers may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival. Face Gym cannot accept responsibility for any of these costs. The Face Gym Pro is covered under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) for all countries within the shipping restrictions. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, with next-day delivery available in the UK for £6 and standard shipping for £3. Shipping to Europe costs £8, while ROW delivery costs £15. Face Gym does not ship to Russia at this time.

Face Gym's Return Policy

Face Gym accepts returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt or delivery note. The return must be made through the original channel or studio where the product was purchased. Refunds will be made to the same card or PayPal account used for the purchase, and may take 5-10 working days to appear in the account. Beauty items and tools that have been opened, tested or partially used, workouts, bundles, and gift cards are non-returnable. Face Gym gift cards cannot be returned and should be treated like cash. If an item is damaged, customers should contact Face Gym immediately. If a product was purchased from another retailer, returns must be made through that retailer's policies.
