Disco Pros & Cons according to customers

Pros
  • Offers a variety of cosmetic formulas to choose from, including masks and deodorants
  • Makes buying skincare products more accessible for men
  • The brand is cruelty-free and vegan, using only clean and natural ingredients
  • Subscription service is available for all products
  • The Charcoal Face Cleanser Stick is easy to apply and travel-friendly
  • The Eye Stick has made a noticeable difference in reducing dark circles and puffiness
Cons
  • The under-eye cream was not impressive even after trying it a few times, and the updated roller ball did not make it any better.
  • The brand focuses on buzzwords and ingredients typically found in men's products, and the skincare products are not effective in addressing any issues.
  • Although the body wash is nice, the eucalyptus scent is overwhelming and not suitable for everyone.
  • The mobile browser does not allow users to cancel their subscription, which is frustrating and may be intentional on the brand's part.

Disco's Shipping Policy

Disco currently ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. US shipping is free for subscription orders or one-time orders over $50. For US orders under $50, shipping costs $6. Canada shipping costs $15 for both subscription and one-time orders. The brand only offers expedited (2-4 day) shipping. Orders received before 3 PM Monday through Friday are usually shipped out the same day.

Disco's Return Policy

Disco offers a 30-day return policy for all first-time subscription orders or one-time purchases. If a customer experiences an issue with a Disco product or it doesn't meet their expectations, they can contact the company to begin the return process. The company will help customers find the right product or process a full refund. However, re-billed subscription orders are not eligible for return at this time. Customers can change or cancel their subscription by logging into their account or contacting the Disco team. For orders with multiple quantities of the same item, Disco will refund up to one of each. The company does not offer returns for re-billed subscription orders.
