Curology's Shipping Policy

Curology offers free shipping for all of its products. The first shipment will be sent out after the trial period ends, which is 30 days from the initial trial shipment. After that, shipments will be sent out automatically every 60 days. Customers can adjust the frequency of their shipments and the products included in their box from their manage subscription page. If a customer runs out of their product sooner than scheduled, they can request an earlier shipment, which will push up their next shipment and invoice. Curology ships all packages via DHL & USPS First Class mail and can ship to P.O. Boxes as long as they are located in the customer's home state. The brand does not ship to forwarding services or internationally, including APO/FPO addresses.

Curology's Return Policy

Curology's subscription service does not accept or process returns or exchanges. Customers cannot return any purchased bottles, cleansers or moisturizers for a refund or exchange for an alternate formula. If a customer does not wish to receive a shipment, they must contact Curology's Success team or manually adjust their next shipping date at least 2 business days before the shipment is scheduled to process. Once a shipment has processed, it cannot be cancelled. There are no returns or exchanges allowed after a shipment has been billed and entered into the formulation queue.
