For orders over $60, shipping is free, while orders below $60 are charged a flat rate of $7 for standard shipping within the US. Expedited shipping is also available for a flat rate of $25, with delivery in 2 days. Processing time for orders is 1-2 business days, and customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped. Asarai is not responsible for any lost packages, and any complaints or claims should be directed to the shipping carrier.

Asarai's Return Policy

Asarai offers a return or exchange within 21 days of the customer receiving the product. To organize a return or exchange, customers can email Asarai at hello@asarai.com with their name and order number. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, but the company does not cover return shipping costs or refund original shipping charges. If a customer receives the wrong product or a damaged product, they should contact Asarai at the same email address.
