Velour's Shipping Policy

Velour Lashes offers free shipping for US orders of $50 or more, and a flat rate of $6 for orders under that total. For international orders, there is a flat rate of $16, plus any potential duties and customs fees. Delivery times for US orders are 2-7 business days via FedEx, while Canadian orders are 2-7 business days via Canada Post. International orders take 5-7 business days via FedEx International Economy.

Velour's Return Policy

Velour's return policy allows customers to return unopened items within 14 days of receipt for store credit in the form of reward program points. Items that have been opened are not eligible for returns. There is a processing fee of $6 for US and Canadian returns and $16 for international returns. If the product arrives damaged or defective, customers have 30 days to email the company and request a return. Velour reserves the right to refuse store credit, refund, or replacement. It takes the company an unspecified amount of time to process a return. Items that have been opened are not eligible for returns.
