Thousand Fell's Shipping Policy

Thousand Fell offers free ground shipping for orders over $80 within the continental U.S. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from their NYC warehouse, and estimated delivery time is between 3-8 business days. However, shipping times may vary. Unfortunately, the brand does not offer overnight shipping or Saturday delivery yet, and they do not ship to P.O. boxes. For Canadian customers, they offer shipping for $30, but import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Thousand Fell does not offer shipping to any other international countries at this time.

Thousand Fell's Return Policy

Thousand Fell accepts returns for sneakers purchased online within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. The returned sneakers must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging. Returns outside of the 30 day policy will be processed for an online credit, while returns more than 37 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will be reshipped to the customer. Return shipping is free for returns within the continental U.S. and international customers can return for a $30 restocking fee. Exchanges for a different size or color are also available. Once Thousand Fell receives the return, it takes 2-3 business days to process and 5-10 business days for the bank to post the refund to the original form of payment. Any returns that show potential misuse or abuse of the return policy will be refused service.
