Supply's Shipping Policy

Supply offers free US shipping on any order over $35, while orders under $35 will cost a flat $4.95. Orders are typically shipped within one business day and shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which should arrive within 3-5 business days. However, international orders can take upwards of a month to be delivered with delayed and limited to no tracking once the package reaches the recipient country.

Supply's Return Policy

Supply offers a 100-day trial period for customers to return their purchases. To initiate a return, customers must email hello@supply.co, and a team member will assist with processing the request. International customers are also eligible for the 100-day trial period. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns cannot be made outside of the 100-day trial period.
