Rockwell Razors's Shipping Policy

Rockwell Razors offers free shipping to the US and Canada for orders of $45 or more, with a flat rate of $7 for orders below that amount in the US and $10 for orders below that amount in Canada. For international orders, there is a flat rate of $15 for shipping and free shipping for orders of $60 or more. All orders take 2 business days to process and customers will receive a tracking link when their order ships. In the US, orders are delivered within 3-4 business days via USPS. In Canada, orders are delivered within 4-5 business days via Canada Post. Shipping times for international orders are TBD via DHL.

Rockwell Razors's Return Policy

Rockwell Razors offers a 60-day return policy for unopened and unused items purchased on getrockwell.com and getrockwell.ca. To return an item, customers must submit a return request that includes their order number and information on the products they would like to return. If the customer is located in the US or Canada, Rockwell Razors will provide a prepaid return label within 48 hours of receiving the return request. If the customer is located outside of North America, they must cover the return shipping cost. When the return order arrives at the warehouse, the return will be processed and the customer will receive a refund in about 7-10 business days. Items purchased outside of getrockwell.com and getrockwell.ca cannot be returned.
