Rapha's Shipping Policy

Rapha offers a variety of shipping options for their customers depending on their location. For US customers, they use FedEx services and offer a free Ground option for orders over $99 or $5 for orders below that threshold. Express shipping is also available for 2 Day Air at a cost of $25. All orders are shipped directly from their warehouse and returns can be processed there as well with a free return shipping label. For UK customers, they offer different delivery options such as standard delivery and express delivery with prices ranging from £5 to £10. Free standard delivery is available for orders over £100. For Canada, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, and the rest of the world, they offer free standard worldwide delivery for orders above certain basket values. However, import duties and taxes may be applied by local authorities, and duty tax is not included for orders that deliver to Taiwan. It is important to note that they cannot deliver to PO Box addresses and larger items may require shipping via courier.

Rapha's Return Policy

Rapha offers a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from Rapha.cc. The item must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Returns for orders over 30 days old must be sent back to Rapha within one month of the refund request being made. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of the item being received. Exchanges are not offered, and customers must place a new order and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund. Rapha does not accept online returns in Rapha Clubhouses or for items purchased from third-party retailers. If a product has suffered a manufacturing fault, customers should contact Rapha. Damaged items due to excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return. Rapha reserves the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are not in saleable condition.
