Ohne's Return Policy

If they are not satisfied with the product, they can contact Ohne within 60 days of purchase to receive a refund. However, this trial offer only applies to the first pair of period pants and not subsequent purchases. For period care and intimacy essentials, such as tampons, pads, cups, discs, vibrators, and rings, these products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature. Symptom care supplements are also final sale and not eligible for returns. Regular products, such as aftercare, patches, lotions, butters, oils, lubricants, and cosmetics, can be returned within 14 days of receipt if unopened and unused. If the product is not in a fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, Ohne reserves the right to refuse a refund. Customers can initiate a return by contacting Ohne.
