Offfield offers free Standard Shipping for all orders over $50 USD within the United States. The shipping method used is via USPS and takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Shipping originates from their headquarters in Los Angeles, so transit time may vary depending on your distance from Los Angeles.

Offfield's Return Policy

Offfield offers a return policy for damaged products and unsatisfied customers. If your shipment arrives damaged, contact Offfield within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and they will ship you a replacement product free of charge. If you're not happy with your order, contact Offfield to request a refund. Any subsequent returns must be unopened, unused, and completely sealed to be eligible for a refund. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of your purchase date. Returns are inspected by the Offfield team at their warehouse prior to being refunded. For first-time subscription products, they do not offer a refund for any reason other than the product arriving damaged. Offfield assumes that by selecting a recurring subscription, customers have tried the product prior. To cancel, skip, or change a recurring subscription order, refer to their subscription policy located on their FAQ page. Offfield does not offer returns for certain merchandise, including but not limited to clothing, bottles, and accessories.
