Obvi's Return Policy

Obvi offers a 30-day return policy for all powder or capsule products, even if the product has been opened. Customers must request a return by emailing hello@myobvi.com or contacting the company through the “Help Center” page. All returns must be pre-approved. Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Obvi, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds take 5-10 business days to process and will be issued to the credit used in the transaction. Obvi Bars and H2Obvi Waters are not eligible for returns. Multiple refunds are limited to two unique items per customer. Obvi reserves the right to refuse additional returns or refunds after the first refund. Apparel, accessories, and gear are final sale, but damaged items may be exchanged. International sales are final and not eligible for refund or return, with the exception of damaged packages. Obvi will reship lost or damaged packages, but will not refund orders lost or damaged in transit. Obvi will not refund orders marked as “Delivered” with valid tracking information that cannot be located by the customer.
