Number 2 Pros & Cons according to customers

Pros
  • Easy and best way to get great, soft, toilet paper
  • Gorgeous patterns
  • Reduced 'butt crumble'
  • Good for the planet
  • Cute and colorful packaging
  • Strong and absorbent paper towels made from bamboo
  • Favorable sustainable toilet paper
  • Quality keeps getting better and better with each order
  • Comforting to know that there will not be a shortage of TP
Cons
  • The rug looks amazing from a distance, but the black is too thin and looks like cardboard underneath. The back of the rug is not dark brown, which makes no sense. The other colors look thicker, but the dark brown patches throughout the black are unbearable. Tons of pieces keep falling out, and the material of the rug is big pieces that feel rubbery.
  • The company sent a smaller rug than advertised and then asked the customer to pay an extra $400 to swap it out for the correct size. This is a bait and switch, and the customer is sorely disappointed with the fulfillment of the order.
  • The area rug is nothing like the photo, and it is very ugly and hard. The customer is disappointed and has to pay $60 to return it.
  • The rug is very sparse and hard, and you can actually see the red padding through the sparse "shag" rug. It looks very cheap, and the customer recommends going with a different rug.
  • The rug is bright orange and metallic-looking, and the fibers look like cut padded ribbon. The spacing is very sparse, and it is not soft at all. The body of the rug is dyed orange to make it appear full.
  • The rug came damp and full of mold, and the customer cannot believe someone would sell and ship such a product.
  • The customer received the rug in a terrible condition, and it is hard to tell who to blame.
  • The rug has the extra-long shag, which is not what the customer wanted.

Number 2's Shipping Policy

Number 2 currently ships from their warehouses in California and Nevada. All subscription orders default to FedEx SmartPost shipping, which takes 4 to 10 days. Customers in mainland US get free shipping on all orders, while international customers may have to pay for shipping. Shipping cut off times are at 11am PST Monday - Friday, and all orders that come in before 11am PST are shipped out the next day. Number 2 also offers faster shipping options such as FedEx 3 days, FedEx 2 days, and FedEx Overnight, with corresponding delivery times of 3 days, 2 days, and 1 day respectively.

Number 2's Return Policy

Number 2's return policy states that they do not process refunds and do not accept returns of toilet paper, paper towels, and tissue paper for sanitary reasons. However, if a customer's order is lost, damaged, or defected during transit, the company is happy to provide a replacement as fast as possible, with certain restrictions applying.
