Needed's Shipping Policy

Needed offers free outbound shipping within the US for all orders. However, for international orders, shipping fees will be applied, and these fees may vary depending on the location. The brand has partnered with Passport to ship orders internationally, but please note that additional fees such as duties and taxes may apply. Unfortunately, international orders cannot be returned. For domestic orders, in-stock products are estimated to arrive within 3 to 5 business days after leaving the warehouse. A shipping notification with a tracking link will be sent to the customer as soon as the order ships. If unopened products are returned, a prepaid shipping label will be provided, but $10 will be deducted from the refund.

Needed's Return Policy

Needed has a strict return and refund policy due to the nature of their products. Sample packs are available for many products, and customers are encouraged to try them before purchasing full-size products. Unfortunately, the company does not offer refunds on sample packs or full-size products due to taste preferences. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, but a $10 return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be initiated within 15 business days of receipt of the returned items. However, refunds for items purchased on promotion will only be applied to unopened products. International returns are not accepted. The company considers refunds on a case-by-case basis for reasons not covered in their policy. If an order does not arrive safely, customers should contact the company for assistance. No refunds will be processed for orders that have confirmed delivery via carrier tracking.
