Lumity's Return Policy

Lumity offers a flexible return policy for their products. Customers can exchange or refund any unopened and unused product within 30 days of the dispatch confirmation email. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and non-refundable. To initiate a return, customers must contact the Client Care Team and send the item with a copy of the receipt or note with order number, name, address, and reason for return to the Lumity Returns address. If the product was purchased from a Third Party retailer, customers must contact them for returns.
