Jill Razor offers fast shipping for domestic orders. All orders will be shipped within one day and should arrive within 3-6 days after being shipped. There is no cost for domestic shipping. For international orders, packages should arrive within 6-10 days. All custom fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. There is no additional cost for international shipping. Customers who spend over $50 USD will receive free shipping on their order.

Jill Razor's Return Policy

Jill Razor offers full refunds within 60 days of purchase for any items that have not been used. After the 60-day mark, unused items can still be returned but only for store credit. Customers can take advantage of the "Glow Guarantee" to get their money back if they are not satisfied with the product. Returns are processed within 2-3 weeks after the company has received the item. Items that have been used are not eligible for returns.
