About Cubitts

Cubitts is a British eyewear brand founded by Tom Broughton in 2012. Their mission is to provide customers with well-made and well-chosen spectacles that can become an extension of their personality. Cubitts offers a range of timeless products that are designed to be used, repaired, and recycled. They believe in sustainability and use the term Redux, meaning "brought back or restored," to describe their approach. Cubitts offers a complimentary frame rehab after the first year of ownership, which includes a thorough cleaning and adjustment. They prioritize repairing frames over replacing them and have on-site repair workshops in all their stores. Cubitts is dedicated to providing customers with a personalized and sustainable eyewear experience.

Cubitts's Shipping Policy

Cubitts offers shipping to a wide range of countries, including the UK, Europe, USA, and many others. In the UK, DPD delivery and Royal Mail are used for orders under £75, while DHL Worldwide Express air freight is used for international deliveries. Shipping is free for orders over £150/€175/$200, and customers are responsible for any import duties. Customers in Spain can only order non-prescription frames or accessories. There are no shipping costs for UK orders, but international orders under the minimum purchase amount will incur a fee of £15/€18/$20.

Cubitts's Return Policy

Cubitts offers a 30-day no-quibble returns policy, excluding personalised products. Returns are free for orders to the UK, US, and EU, while return postage is paid by the sender for the rest of the world. The 30-day no-quibble period begins from the delivery date. Personalised products such as Bespoke, Bespoke+ orders, and monogrammed cases cannot be returned. For UK orders, customers can create a pre-paid return label on the website. For the US and EU, a pre-paid DHL returns label is enclosed in the order. Customers can also return orders to any of the Cubitts stores for a refund or exchange. If returning by post, customers must send the package to the Cubitts address in London, quoting their order number and writing 'Return' on the outside label. Due to Royal Mail strikes, there may be a slight delay in the returns process. The brand does not specify how long it takes to process a return.
