Crossnet's Shipping Policy

Crossnet offers free domestic shipping on eligible products within the continental United States for orders over $150, excluding Crossnet Indoor Bases and bundles that contain them. Domestic orders are estimated to take 2-4 business days for delivery after departure from the warehouse, which may take up to 5 business days. Customers can select expedited shipping options at checkout, and tracking is provided on all orders. International shipments are estimated to be delivered 4-6 weeks after departure from the warehouse, and tracking is provided on all orders. However, customers are responsible for checking their country's customs regulations and import fees, as Crossnet is not liable for any shipments that have been confiscated by customs or informing customers of the cost of duty to import their goods. Customers who return Crossnet due to not accepting their countries' import fees or customs policy will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

Crossnet's Return Policy

Crossnet offers a 30-day refund and return policy for unopened products. Customers must cover the cost of shipping the returned product, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for opened, damaged, or used products. Discount codes cannot be added after purchase, and refunds are not available for individual Four-Way Volleyball Net products and individual CROSSNET Volleyball purchases. The company covers product pieces that are delivered damaged, but rust and other weather-related damages are not covered by the lifetime warranty. Orders cannot be cancelled due to a missed sale or promotion and will not be refundable.
