Cowboy's Shipping Policy

Cowboy currently delivers to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Shipping fees and costs are calculated at checkout depending on the delivery address. The delivery partner will contact the customer to choose a delivery date, and if none of the proposed options work, the customer can ask for a later delivery date. The brand offers flexible delivery times and a quick assembly process, with the bike ready to ride in just a few minutes. If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, Cowboy allows bike returns within 14 days.

Cowboy's Return Policy

Cowboy offers a 14-day return policy for their bikes. To return a bike, it must be in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. If the bike has been assembled or used, a loss of value fee of up to €500 will be charged. A replacement box can be provided for €90. The total amount will be refunded, minus the return shipping cost and any fees, within 14 days of receiving the bike. Accessories or spare parts purchased on their website can be returned if they are unused, sealed, and in a resalable condition.
