Atolla's shipping policy states that orders typically take 7-9 business days to be formulated and shipped. Customers will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number via email once their package ships. International orders may take longer due to customs and local carrier delivery processing. For certain countries, including Australia, Canada, and Great Britain, packages will arrive with no additional duties or taxes aside from those incurred at checkout. However, for other countries such as Iceland, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates, additional duties and taxes may be applied upon delivery depending on the country's customs laws.

Atolla's Return Policy

Atolla offers a comprehensive return policy for their customers. For new orders, customers can reach out to their hair specialists within 30 days of receiving their first order to address any concerns. The company will do their best to address the issue with a free, one-time reformulation. If they are unable to address the concern, a full refund can be processed within 30 days of delivery. However, if the customer chooses the one-time free reformulation, a refund of the original purchase order will not be possible. For subscription refills, customers can edit or cancel their plan before it is billed. Since all formulas are customized, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be accepted after the order has been billed. Any cancellations will apply to the next scheduled delivery
