Armra also offers Order Protection packaging protection on every order, which insures shipments during transit.

Armra's Return Policy

Armra offers a return policy for their Stick Packs, allowing customers to return the product and receive a refund if they are not 100% satisfied with their purchase. Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt, and returned products must be in their original packaging. However, Armra's Colostrum jars are final sale and cannot be returned once the tamper-proof seal is broken. The bulk jars may only be returned if the contents remain in unopened/unused condition. International returns require the customer to obtain their own return shipping label. Once the returned package arrives at the warehouse, it takes 10-15 days for the team to process the return and issue a refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and a $6 processing fee. Armra's Carafe may only be returned if the contents remain in unopened/unused condition, and there is a $6 processing fee plus the cost of shipping if using the pre-paid shipping label. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon receipt for evaluation and resolution.
