Ace and Tate offers free shipping on orders over $100 for domestic customers within the continental US. Delivery times vary depending on the product and prescription, with non-prescription glasses taking 1-5 business days, single vision glasses taking 4-10 business days, screen glasses taking 4-10 business days, single vision, high prescription glasses taking 8-14 business days, and varifocal glasses taking 8-14 business days. Contacts are shipped within 1-5 business days. If a customer misses their delivery, they can pick it up at a local pick-up point, otherwise it will be returned to the company and a refund will be issued. Currently, Ace and Tate only ships to European countries, the UK, and the continental US, but they are looking to expand in the future.

Ace and Tate's Return Policy

Ace and Tate has a 30-day return policy for non-prescription and prescription frames, as well as any additional accessories. Customers in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, US, and Switzerland can return their items for free, while customers from other locations are required to cover return fees. To initiate a return, customers must contact the customer experience team to receive a return label. Customers can also return online orders in-store. Refunds will be issued once Ace and Tate receives the order, although there is no information about when the refund will appear on the customer's account. Unfortunately, there are no returns for contact lenses.
