Soul Cap's Shipping Policy

Soul Cap offers free shipping to the US for all orders over $135. For orders less than that, there is a flat rate of $10. Delivery to North America generally takes 10-14 business days. Additionally, Soul Cap ships internationally with DHL, though international shipments are subject to taxes and duties.

Soul Cap has a 14-day return policy from the day that you receive your package. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging. To initiate the return process, customers must contact Soul Cap through the contact page on their website. No exchanges are offered, and customers must cover the cost of return shipping.
