There is no service offered to collect the item, and the cost and hassle of posting such a large item is prohibitive. Quality issues with the wheels have been experienced by other users as well.

Although the repair center replaced the wheel and added screws, the other three wheels did not get additional screws, resulting in the loss of another wheel. The original design is bad, and the repair center missed the chance to correct this design flaw. The warranty has expired, and the quality and service do not match the Rimowa price point.
