Moncler's Shipping Policy

Moncler offers shipping to various destinations, which can be selected during check out. However, they do not ship to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and U.S. Territories. The delivery address must match the country site where the order was placed. Fragrances and some other items may have shipping limitations in certain countries. All purchases require a signature upon delivery for security reasons. The brand uses UPS for all deliveries, and if no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will make up to three delivery attempts on consecutive business days. After three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to Moncler.

Moncler's Return Policy

Moncler's return policy allows customers to request a return for any item purchased on their online store within 20 days of the delivery date. To initiate the return process, customers can click on the return button after receiving the package and fill out the online return form if they are not registered. The company requires that all items being returned must meet certain conditions.
