Imperfect Foods's Shipping Policy

Imperfect Foods delivers to certain areas within the US. Delivery is made Monday through Saturday before 9pm, and customers will be notified via text or email with the expected delivery date and time. Delivery fees range from $5-$9 depending on the location. The driver will leave the box at the customer’s front door or another designated area. The driver will not enter the customer’s home or leave the box inside a garage or backyard. If a third-party delivery service is used, a tracking number will be provided. There are no shipping prices, shipping costs, or shipping deals for purchases over a certain price. Imperfect Foods does not deliver internationally.

Imperfect Foods's Return Policy

Imperfect Foods offers a return policy for customers who are unhappy with their items. To return an item, customers must submit a contact form on their website. Depending on the reason for the return, Imperfect Foods may provide a replacement or a full or partial refund of the purchase price.
