IKÓ offers a 14-day return policy for items in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact. Customers must provide proof of purchase and contact IKÓ to start a return. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt. IKÓ does not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Once IKÓ receives and inspects the return, customers will be notified of the approval or denial of their refund, which will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
