- Customer service is helpful, patient, and quick to respond

- Late delivery on Valentine's Day, despite placing the order early January. Expensive flowers not delivered on the desired date. Business does not take ownership over late deliveries.
- Flowers never arrived. Supposed to arrive by noon on Thursday but arrived on Friday. No one had to sign for them and the recipient never received them.
- Bouquet was much smaller than expected and did not look like the ones advertised on Instagram. Flowers were browning and wilted by the time they were delivered. Not worth the $75.
- Despite FedEx saying they attempted delivery, flowers were not delivered to the recipient. Requested to have the flowers brought to a local FedEx dropoff point but the recipient was told they did not have the package.
- Website crashed before completing the order. Received an order number and it took them three days to realize the payment page was not completed. Could not pick up where the order was left off.
