Farmers Juice's Shipping Policy

Farmers Juice ships orders every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (excluding holidays) to ensure that all orders arrive cold. Once shipped, orders arrive within 2-3 business days. Customers will receive a tracking link via email, and they can email orders@thefarmersjuice.com to adjust the arrival date. Shipping costs depend on the size of the box and the location of the customer. Small boxes cost $12.00, medium boxes cost $17.50, and full boxes cost $18.00. Customers in areas that require a 2-day express delivery will be charged $25 for all box sizes. Farmers Juice does not currently ship to Alaska, Canada, or Hawaii.

Farmers Juice's Return Policy

Farmers Juice accepts changes or cancellations for unprocessed orders, which can be requested through their website chat widget or by emailing them. Refunds are only offered if the juice arrives warm, the packaging is damaged to a point of concern, or if the customer is unable to enjoy the juice for health reasons.
