Unfortunately, Cake Meds orders cannot be expedited or shipped to Canada. The brand does not offer international shipping outside of Canada at this time. Customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order ships.

Cake's Return Policy

Cake has a strict return policy and does not accept returns or exchanges for any opened or used products. However, if a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers can apply for a refund or exchange within 14 business days by filling out the Orders and Return Form or emailing hello@hellocake.com. The Good Times Guarantee allows customers to try Cake products risk-free, and if they are not satisfied, they can reach out within 30 days for a refund, credit, or replacement. Cash refunds are not provided for items purchased at a retailer, but the company will replace it with a product of equal value.
