Cadence's Shipping Policy

Cadence offers several shipping options for their customers. Standard shipping is free for all domestic orders over $40 and costs $4 for orders under $40. This option arrives in 8-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available for $5.99 for orders over $85, $6.99 for orders over $75, and $12.99 for orders under $75. This option arrives in 2 business days. Overnight shipping is also available and is calculated based on the weight of the shipment. For international orders, including Canada and Mexico, delivery will take 2 weeks. For all other international orders, delivery will take 3-4 weeks. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the weight of the shipment and any applicable duties. It's important to note that all orders are processed within 12-24 hours, and orders with custom labels require an additional 24-48 hours of processing time. Cadence fulfills all orders in-house to ensure quality and accuracy. If customers have any questions about their order, they can email connect@keepyourcadence.com.

Cadence's Return Policy

Cadence offers customers a 60-day trial period and free returns. If a customer wishes to return their Capsules, they can email orders@keepyourcadence.com with their order number and "return" in the subject line. The company will then send a free shipping label for the customer to mail their Capsules back. Cadence uses the returned Capsules to make new ones.
