Black Lines is a cocktail brand founded by a team of passionate mixologists with a mission to make the best cocktails more accessible. Black Lines prides themselves on not compromising on quality, using only the best ingredients and never rushing products to market before they are perfected. They collaborate with some of the best distilleries and venues in the industry to create cocktails that speak for themselves. Black Lines' cocktails are poured from a tap or bottle, but they don't have to apologize for it. They are proud to say that their cocktails are theirs and they don't need candy floss garnishes to be Instagram friendly.

Black Lines's Shipping Policy

Black Lines offers shipping within the UK and delivery is estimated to be within 30 days after the date of the Dispatch Confirmation. If the delivery driver cannot leave the order in a safe place or with a neighbour, a card will be left with details on how to reschedule delivery or collect the order. If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts and no attempt was made to contact the brand or courier, a standard delivery charge will be applied for re-sending the order. Black Lines does not offer international delivery, but orders can be placed from outside the UK as long as the delivery address is within the UK.

Black Lines's Return Policy

Black Lines has a return policy that allows customers to cancel their order and receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. If the product has been delivered, customers must return it to the company within 14 days of notifying them of their decision to cancel the contract. The company will refund the price paid for the product as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving the product back from the customer. However, if the product has been personalized, the cancellation right may not apply. Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning the product unless it is faulty or not as described. If the product has been handled in a way that would not be permitted in a shop, the company may reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods. The company will refund the customer on the credit or debit card used for payment or in vouchers if vouchers were used for payment.
