The Good Ritual is a brand founded by sisters Brooke and Suzie, with a mission to make good coffee accessible for all. The company was created in response to the sisters' struggle with stress and anxiety, which led them to eliminate coffee from their daily routine. That was until they discovered the power of L-Theanine, a nootropic that could help them enjoy their coffee without the unwanted side effects. From there, they created The Good Ritual, offering bespoke, luxury products that taste good and help you thrive. Their Specialty Instant Coffee is freeze-dried in small batches using a secret brewing method, making it taste like something you'd get at your local boutique coffee shop, and it's ready in just two seconds. The Good Ritual believes that being busy doesn't mean you have to sacrifice your well-being and that rituals are an important part of finding meaning in our lives. They manufacture products that they would use and recommend to their loved ones, always striving to be trustworthy, transparent, and sustainable.

The Good Ritual offers shipping to both Australia and the USA. Depending on the shipping option selected, orders can take between 5-7 days to arrive. The brand ships out of their warehouse within 1-3 days of ordering, and if there are any delays, customers will be notified immediately. The Good Ritual's Return Policy

The Good Ritual offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, customers must contact the company at brooke@thegoodritual.com. If the return is accepted, the company will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon receipt. The company does not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Once the company receives and inspects the return, customers will be notified if the refund is approved. The refund will be automatically issued on the original payment method, although it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
