Spoke's Shipping Policy

Spoke offers two shipping options for domestic orders within the UK. Standard shipping is free for orders over £100 and costs £3.99 for orders under £100. This option takes 3-5 working days for delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Tracked express shipping costs £8.99 and is sent via DPD for next working day delivery if ordered before 12 noon, Monday-Thursday. Orders to certain postcodes will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £5. For international orders, Spoke ships to 50 countries across the globe, which are listed at checkout. Shipping to the US is free for orders over $150 and costs $9.99 for orders below $150. DHL Express is used for shipping and orders usually take a couple of days to reach the customer once dispatched. Customers will be charged customs and duties for orders over $800. It is important to note that APO, BFPO, PO Boxes, and the Canary Islands are excluded from shipping.

Spoke's Return Policy

Spoke offers a 200-day return policy for their products. Customers do not need to provide an explanation for their return, but the company encourages feedback for improvement. The 200-day period starts from the date of purchase, and customers can choose to exchange or receive a full refund. However, if the 200-day period has elapsed, the company does not guarantee a full refund. Customers can initiate a return by visiting their online returns portal and generating a prepaid label. Returns are free within the UK and Europe, but customers outside these regions will need to pay for return shipping. Proof of postage should be retained until confirmation of the return is received.
