Scarlet's Shipping Policy

Scarlet offers fast shipping for all orders, typically shipping within a few hours of receiving the order. For Australian orders, they rely on Aus Post with delivery times of 3-5 business days in metro areas and 5-7 business days in regional areas. However, disruptions may occur that are out of their control. For international orders, Scarlet ships to most countries, with a basic flat rate of $30 (AUD) for orders under $100. For orders over $100, shipping is free. Domestic orders over $130 also receive free shipping. Standard shipping within Sydney is $4.99 and express shipping is $12.00, with express shipping being free for orders over $130.

Scarlet's Return Policy

Scarlet does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind or selection error. However, if the goods are faulty, customers can choose between a refund or exchange (to the same value). Customers must inspect their order upon reception and contact Scarlet immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if they receive the wrong item. Scarlet will evaluate the issue and make it right. Once Scarlet receives and inspects a return, they will notify the customer if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the customer will be automatically refunded on their original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Scarlet does not accept returns for any reason other than faulty products.
