Ryvelle's Return Policy

Ryvelle offers a return policy that allows customers to exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their product. Customers are also entitled to an exchange within 30 days of the product being delivered. However, if 30 days or more have passed, the company cannot offer a refund or product exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all possible accessories and/or markings. Refunds are made via the same payment method used at checkout, and cannot be changed to eliminate possible fraud attempts. If invoice was selected as the checkout method, customers must ensure that the invoice is paid, otherwise no refund will be made.
