Pura Vida's Shipping Policy

Pura Vida offers shipping to both domestic and international customers. For US and Canadian orders, shipping typically takes 3-4 business days for standard delivery, 2 business days for 2-day delivery, and 1 business day for overnight delivery. However, due to COVID-19, FedEx cannot guarantee overnight or 2-day delivery services for US orders and Economy (3-4 business days) for any CA orders. International shipping typically takes 10-15 business days, but can vary depending on location. The brand offers free standard shipping for orders over $35 in the US and $75 in Canada. For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Pura Vida requires a signature for express and expedited delivery options and FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts before sending the package back to the brand. During the holidays, the brand offers additional shipping options to ensure timely delivery.

Pura Vida's Return Policy

Pura Vida offers a straightforward return policy for clothing, bags, and size exchange for rings. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original packaging. Products purchased during a 'final sale' promotion are ineligible for returns/exchanges. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method. Apparel can be exchanged for a different size, and instructions for the exchange process can be found on the website. Jewelry purchases are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged, with the exception of rings. If an item breaks within a year of purchase, the company will send a replacement based on inventory availability. If an item is damaged upon delivery, the company will send a replacement with a photo of the damaged item and order information. If an item is received as a gift and breaks within a year, the company can send a replacement with the original order number or email address of the gift giver.
