Orders below €200 shipping to Rest of Europe and Switzerland have a shipping cost of €9, while shipping costs for Canada, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Holy See (Vatican City State), Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Portugal (Azores), Portugal (Madeira), Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine have a cost of €19. All other countries have a shipping cost of €39.
