The brand was created to address the lack of transparency in the industry and deliver true traceability. Kimaï uses recycled gold and lab-grown diamonds to cut out the murky middlemen and control the whole jewelry process, from design to delivery. The fine jewelry is made to last, using only solid 18k gold and diamonds, some of the strongest stones on earth. Kimaï offers engagement rings and wedding bands that put a unique twist on traditional designs. Everything is made-to-order just for the customer, and Kimaï tracks every step of the jewelry's journey for full traceability.

Kimaï's Shipping Policy

Kimaï ships to the UK, Europe, the US and internationally (excluding Russia) from their base in Antwerp, Belgium via DHL Express. Shipping costs vary from $9.99 to $29.99 depending on the country it’s being shipped to. For our London customers, we offer same day London delivery (within an 8km radius) for £24.99 if the item is available in our London store. Orders being shipped to the UK, US, Canada, EU or Switzerland include all duties and taxes in the final price. However, engagement rings may take up to 6 weeks to be shipped, while other items in stock will be shipped within 7 working days. For made-to-order jewelry, some pieces can take up to 3 weeks to be shipped. Customers can check the product page for availability and estimated delivery times for specific pieces. Kimaï requires a signature upon delivery for all orders.

Kimaï's Return Policy

Kimaï offers a returns policy that allows customers to return their orders within 5 days of receipt, as long as the item is in its original condition. However, rings and personalized pieces are not eligible for returns. Some pieces are also made to order and cannot be returned. Archive sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Bespoke and customized jewelry pieces are also not eligible for returns or refunds, but can be resized or slightly altered upon request. To initiate a return, customers must email Kimaï with their order number and reason for return. The item must be packed in its original packaging and dropped off at a DHL drop off location or scheduled for pick up through the DHL website. The company will refund the full amount minus the cost of shipping both ways.
