For US customers, Bev Wine offers free 2-day shipping on all orders. After an order is placed, customers can expect their package to arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Customers will receive a confirmation email or text with a tracking number. Unfortunately, the company does not offer international shipping at this time. Orders over $50 receive free shipping.

Bev Wine's Return Policy

Bev Wine's return policy states that defective products or orders that were shipped incorrectly are eligible for an exchange, as long as the customer provides their receipt and the wine remains unopened. The new item will be of equal value, and the customer must email [email protected] to start the process. If the wine is returned in a damaged condition due to an error on the buyer’s part, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund total. There is no time limit for returning an item and it typically takes a few days for the company to process a return. Items that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned.
