Stasher's Shipping Policy

Stasher offers shipping to P.O. Boxes and addresses in all United States Territories and Canada (except for Quebec). For US orders, the online order will be processed within 1-2 business days, and free standard shipping is available on orders over $49, which will arrive in 4-10 business days. Orders below $49 will be charged $10 for standard shipping. Alaska and Hawaii orders will be charged a $13 flat rate for standard ground shipping on orders over $49, while orders below $49 will be charged a $23 flat rate. UPS 2-Day shipping can be purchased at a flat rate of $20 USD. For Canada orders, the online order will also be processed within 1-2 business days, and free standard shipping is available on orders over $65 CAD, which will arrive in 4-14 business days. Orders below $65 CAD will be charged a $15.00 USD flat rate for standard shipping. Taxes are calculated and billed during checkout, and any duties incurred will be covered by Stasher.

Stasher's Return Policy

Stasher offers a hassle-free return policy for their US customers. New and unused Stasher bags and bowls purchased from their website can be returned free of charge within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Canadian customers can reach out to the company's email for returns. If returning outside the 30 day window, customers must contact the company for a valid address to ship to and further instructions. Stasher only accepts returns of products purchased from their website. Returns of orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through and returned to those retailers.
